Cristiano Ronaldo Helps Kick Breast Cancer With Blanket Sales


October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and celebrities all over the world have been helping to raise awareness and funds for research of the disease.

Find out what QVC and Zendaya did to raise funds for breast cancer this month. 

Real Madrid and Portugal soccer player and superstar Cristiano Ronaldo joined in the “Kick Cancer” initiative by donating 15 percent of the proceeds from sales of the pink version of his Elite Team CR7 blanket to breast cancer research. The 31-year-old star posted a picture of him posing with the blanket while relaxing with his young son on his social media accounts to highlight the awareness campaign.

And the importance of getting the BRCA testing done if there is a history of breast cancer in the family. It would be a perfect collaboration between him and my foundation, Protect The Pecs.
