In an era which thrives on technology and social networks, certain subjects are still not taken very lightly and tend to get censored. In this particular case, we talk about female breasts. Social networks like Facebook and Instagram, tend to censor female breasts (and nipples) but not male breasts. So to fight against the odds and get around the system, an Argentinian ONG called MACMA (Argentinian Breast Cancer charity), together with a creative agency called DAVID, came up with an amazing advert to raise awareness of breast cancer, but instead of censoring female breasts, they decided to use a man as a model – exploring “man boobs” and teaching women how to perform a self-examination. AFP news agency shared the video and you can watch it here.
#TetasxTetas is the name of the initiative. Visit MACMA website to learn more about this campaign: http://bit.ly/1WiRpaj
