Olivia Newton-John soared to success in 1978 with her iconic performance in Grease. In 1992, the actress and singer was treated with surgery and chemotherapy for breast cancer. After treatment, Olivia Newton-John went to Australia to recover where she recorded the auto-biographic and intimate album Gaia, One Woman’s Journey. She is an advocate for breast cancer awareness and research.

I think it it wonderful to pay tribute to women who have survived an horrendous ordeal. However, please pay tribute to those with metastatic breast cancer who are incurable. Many thanks.
